Customer Service Coordinator
Impact Property Solutions has been serving multifamily properties for over 30 years, focusing on outstanding customer service and quick installation of flooring. They are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to act as the company’s voice, providing support for customers by taking orders, answering questions, and resolving complaints.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls
Responds to caller’s general information requests and/or inquiries
Takes accurate customer orders and follow through necessary process
Enter Floor plans, pricing, and other customer information for new and existing accounts
Provide timely response to request for information including returning all calls as quickly as possible
Exceed internal and external customer expectations for quality and service
Assist with projects on template updates
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum 1-year of customer service experience required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Excellent email and phone etiquette
MS office (MS word and excel) and PC fluency
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus
RFMS Systems Experience is a plus
