Regional Field Sales & Education Manager

Responsibilities
Deliver regional sell-through, conversion, and productivity by owning sales performance against targets and executing effective store-level action plans
Maintain consistent brand standards across all doors, ensuring flawless execution of launches, visual merchandising, gondola updates, tester maintenance, and hygiene compliance
Inspire and develop a high-performing regional field team through clear performance expectations, coaching, regular field visits, hiring, and ongoing training
Oversee in-store execution through regular field presence, hands-on coaching, and partnership with retailer leadership to drive impactful training and engagement
Embed clear KPIs and accountability frameworks to track performance, identify gaps, and accelerate productivity across the region
Analyse store-level data to identify risks and opportunities, delivering targeted interventions to improve underperforming doors
Deliver seamless execution of corporate-marketed and retailer-led events, animations, and key retail moments to maximize commercial impact
Influence commercial, product, and marketing strategy by providing accurate forecasts, post-launch recaps, and actionable field insights
Qualification
Required
Direct experience working with Sephora, with experience launching and scaling beauty brands as well as strong relationships with Sephora leadership
Proven experience managing multi-state field teams across the US
Strong understanding of retail KPIs: sell-through, conversion, productivity, and inventory
Strong people leadership and coaching skills, with experience leading through change in high-growth environments
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high standard for execution
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for beauty, trends, and the Sephora customer experience
Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel extensively within region (50-70%)
