Procurement Analyst II
GC-Squared Resources, LLC is seeking a Procurement Analyst II to support their Procurement team. This role involves maintaining procurement data, tracking documentation, and ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality requirements.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Procurement Register and related package data in P-EX or other project systems
Track Supplier/Vendor document submissions against approved delivery schedules and VDRLs
Monitor document receipt, review, approval status, and resubmissions; escalate delays or gaps to the Package Manager
Coordinate with Document Control to ensure documentation is logged, distributed, and archived per project requirements
Track Client and internal review comments and support timely closure
Update package dashboards, tracking sheets, flow charts, and processes
Prepare inputs for internal and Client procurement progress reports and performance KPIs
Support Package Manager with KOMs, progress meetings, including drafting MoM and tracking action items
Expedite Supplier/Vendor progress reporting and maintain action registers for assigned packages
Track Supplier/Vendor progress against data, production, and inspection schedules; identify risks and variances
Support inspection tracking, Vendor Data Book (VDB) compilation, and package technical and commercial closeout
Ensure procurement data accuracy and consistency across project systems
Support standardized procurement reporting and performance measurement
Maintain organized, traceable records to support audits and Client reviews
Provide administrative and analytical support to enable Package Managers to focus on risk, performance, and stakeholder management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0–3 years of experience in procurement, project controls, document control, or a project-driven environment
Basic understanding of procurement workflows, technical documentation, and quality processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VISIO, and document management systems
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
Preferred
Exposure to engineering or EPC project environments
Familiarity with procurement systems such as ERP, Primavera (P6), or similar platforms
Experience preparing meeting minutes, trackers, and status reports
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to escalate issues clearly and proactively
