Senior Manager, Data Analytics and Insights
Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Manager within the WI Internal Analytics, Insights and Reporting team, focused on Advanced Analytics initiatives for Marketing. Responsibilities
You will serve as Senior Manager for analytics & insights focused on initiatives that serve Workplace (WI) Marketing
You will play a key role in applying analytics to enable data-driven, evidence-based, decision-making for a modern marketing organization
You will drive leading class analytics, experimentation, insight generation--harnessing our underlying platforms that collect and deliver millions of actions across channels
You develop and deliver analytical data and insights to solve business problems
You enable partner stakeholders to make objective, informed decisions
You provide opportunities for innovation through analytics capabilities and implementation of new technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
Knowledge of statistical and econometric methods and techniques including experimental design (RCTs/lift studies), Difference-in-Differences; Regression Discontinuity, Synthetic Control, and Bayesian time series modeling
In depth knowledge of Marketing Analytics and at least one of the following: incrementality testing, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and omni-channel customer journey mapping
Ability to translate model outputs into actionable insights for budget allocation and optimization
Experience working with data environments and strong knowledge of SQL to clean, transform, manipulate, and merge large datasets from multiple sources
Proficiency in Python or R
Working experience with Adobe Analytics or equivalent platforms like Google Analytics
Working experience with Tableau or Power BI
Experience in interacting with cross functional partners within the organization and crafting and delivering presentations that clearly convey the key insights to senior stakeholders
Understanding of B2C marketing concepts such as segmentation and personalization
Financial industry experience, a plus
Experience with cloud tools/platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker) for model deployment, a plus
