Responsibilities
Run and compile monthly performance and sales activity reports
Complete and submit expense reports on behalf of executives and team members
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement events
Assist with logistics and preparation for client-facing events and functions
Communicate with local markets and internal support teams to gather information
Provide Proof of Performance materials (e.g., advertisement photos, webcams)
Organize and maintain digital files using Google Drive and Highspot
Assist with the creation and collection of sales collateral and materials
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Comfortable managing deadlines and shifting priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable using social media and online platforms for research or communication
High School diploma or equivalent required
Must be in current pursuit of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
Preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Suite
Concentration in Graphic Design, Advertising, or Marketing preferred
