Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support point for employees using Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Expense, Zoho Projects, and other Zoho applications
Respond to and resolve employee queries related to timesheets, per diems, approvals, reporting structures, user access, and system usage
Configure, maintain, and optimize Zoho modules, including workflows, automations, fields, layouts, forms, roles, permissions, and approval flows across multiple Zoho systems
Ensure data structures, reporting lines, and organizational hierarchies are properly configured and maintained across all Zoho platforms
Re-organize, clean, and standardize data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and effective reporting
Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to support management and operational decision-making
Guide teams on best practices and recommend improvements to increase effective utilization of Zoho modules
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes, enhancements, and continuous process improvements
Support integrations between Zoho modules and third-party systems
Create documentation and deliver guidance or training to employees as needed
Collaborate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Management to translate business needs into scalable Zoho solutions

Required

Proven experience working with Zoho modules such as CRM, One, People, Expense. Experience with Zoho Analytics, Projects, Creator, Flow, Forms etc. is a strong advantage
Strong understanding of CRM administration, workflows, automations, reporting, analytics, user profile/role management and sharing rules
Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand, configure, and optimize system workflows and integrations
Basic experience with Zoho Deluge and Client Script (JavaScript) functions and ability to utilize Zoho APIs in those functions
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests effectively
