Responsibilities
Handle creditor-side real estate foreclosure matters from inception through resolution
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and appear in court as needed
Advise institutional lenders and clients on enforcement strategy and risk mitigation
Collaborate with colleagues across litigation and transactional real estate practices
Work on complex, high-value real estate disputes within New York courts
Qualification
Required
4+ years of real estate foreclosure or creditor-side litigation experience
Strong familiarity with New York foreclosure procedures and court systems
Excellent writing, analytical, and client-management skills
New York bar admission required
Preferred
Experience representing lenders, servicers, or institutional clients preferred
