Responsibilities
Support customers and distributors via email, phone, and chat
Handle product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support
Own each case from first contact to full resolution
Build strong, long‑term distributor relationships
Translate marketing/product content for Vietnamese or Chinese‑speaking audiences
Work cross‑functionally with operations, logistics, marketing, and product
Deliver warm, professional, beauty‑focused customer experiences
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of customer service experience (fast‑paced environment preferred)
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask while staying organized and calm
Comfortable supporting distributors-not just individual consumers
Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or personal care
Tech‑savvy and confident across multiple communication channels
Preferred
Vietnamese or French bilingual preferred
Bilingual Vietnamese or French strongly preferred
