Responsibilities
Concept, script, produce, and appear on camera for short- and long-form social video that brings apartment rentals and renter lifestyles to life
Create and edit engaging, platform-native video content aligned with brand messaging and audience interests
Build and maintain relationships with apartment rental influencers and community creators to expand reach and engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to scale video content across platforms
Analyze social video performance to refine creative direction and identify growth opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital content creation
Hands-on experience producing social video with measurable growth or engagement results
Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other consumer-facing platforms
Confident on-camera presence with strong storytelling and communication skills
Experience using or experimenting with generative AI tools for creative workflows
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
Preferred
Interest in real estate, rentals, or property management
Experience with influencer, creator, or user-generated content
Basic motion graphics, filters, or animation experience
Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools
A creative, self-starting mindset with strong trend awareness
