Nestify is an established international property management company that operates in various countries including the UAE. They are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding of new properties, ensuring alignment with operational and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Manage the full onboarding lifecycle from handover to go-live
Act as the primary point of contact for landlords during the onboarding phase
Coordinate property readiness including photography, key handovers and setup tasks
Support landlords with onboarding documentation and operational requirements
List new properties across relevant platforms and internal systems
Work closely with Sales and Account Management to align onboarding timelines and requirements
Manage scheduling, inspections, onboarding checklists and issue resolution
Conduct quality control checks to ensure all properties meet Nestify standards
Track onboarding progress and ensure deadlines and milestones are met
Maintain accurate onboarding records and documentation
Identify and resolve onboarding issues to minimise delays to go-live

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred

Experience in property management, hospitality or real estate is advantageous
