Responsibilities
Manage new hire onboarding into internal HRIS and ADP (including time and attendance enrollments)
Communicate onboarding status and requirements with candidates and new hires
Maintain accurate electronic personnel files and HRIS profiles
Track and document required trainings, continuing education, and work assessments
Process voluntary employee separations and severance notices in a timely and accurate manner
Administer position changes, promotions, and salary changes in internal HRIS and ADP, and notify relevant departments as needed
Support administration of HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave management, employee relations, and training
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices
Assist with HR led wellness and benefit programs
Perform additional HR and Office duties as assigned
Serve as back up to office services
Qualification
Required
High level of organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Strong confidentiality and ethical judgement
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
At least three years of progressive experience in a generalist or similar role strongly preferred
