Managing customer database
Answer phones and respond to customer requests
Schedule product deliveries
Schedule service calls
Working the cash register for walk in customers
Update delivery and service call tickets
Enter billing into database
Running route tickets
Opening/Closing store
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Detail oriented
Customer service oriented
Ability to multi-task
Must know how to work a calculator and cash register
Must have basic math (adding, subtraction, multiplication and division)
Must be able to work rotating Saturdays
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
