They are seeking an experienced Supplements Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of dietary supplement products from concept to launch, ensuring effective collaboration and execution across various teams.

Responsibilities
Own supplement projects from initial concept through launch and the first six months of post-launch performance
Translate product ideas into clear project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
Serve as the single point of accountability for project execution and progress
Design, implement, and own a formal stage-gate process for supplement development
Define criteria, deliverables, and decision points for each stage (e.g., concept, formulation, validation, launch readiness, post-launch review)
Ensure cross-functional alignment and leadership approval at each gate before advancing projects
Continuously refine the stage-gate process to improve speed, quality, and scalability
Act as the central coordinator across R&D, clinical, quality, supply chain, marketing, legal, finance, and leadership
Drive accountability, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve risks
Lead recurring project reviews, milestone check-ins, and executive updates
Own launch readiness planning across product, packaging, labeling, inventory, and go-to-market timelines
Ensure all internal deliverables are completed and aligned ahead of launch
Coordinate launch timelines with marketing, operations, and commercial teams
Manage post-launch execution, including issue resolution, timeline adjustments, and cross-functional follow-ups
Monitor early performance indicators, operational feedback, and product quality insights
Lead post-launch reviews and capture learnings to inform future product development
Maintain clear, centralized documentation for project plans, decisions, risks, and timelines
Establish best practices, templates, and tools to improve project visibility and execution consistency
Support continuous improvement across the supplements development lifecycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience, preferably within dietary supplements, nutraceuticals, or consumer health
Proven experience managing products from concept through launch
Strong ability to design, implement, and manage structured processes (e.g., stage-gate frameworks)
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Experience operating in high-growth or evolving organizations
Comfort working with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
Preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus
