Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist

Responsibilities

Must be willing to travel to the following Missouri locations: Doniphan, Forsyth, Seymour, Strafford, Windsor, Columbia, Maryville
A fire and passion for working with seniors
A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
Must hold an active, and in good standing, license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
Proven leadership experience with at least one year of successful experience as a Regional Clinical Reimbursement Specialist in a Skilled Nursing setting, or at least three years of experience as a MDS Coordinator in a Skilled Nursing setting, required
Experience with MDS 3.0, ICD-10, PDPM, and Medicaid Case-Mix Reimbursement preferred
RAC-CT preferred
Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes and unwavering quality care
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Required
