Responsibilities

Review and manage complex individual, partnership, corporate, and fiduciary tax returns

Provide proactive tax planning and consultative guidance to high-net-worth clients and business owners

Serve as a primary client contact, building long-term, trusted advisory relationships

Supervise, review, and mentor tax staff, ensuring both technical accuracy and professional development

Research and resolve complex tax issues; stay current on evolving tax regulations

Contribute to workflow management, process improvement, and best-practice development across the team

Qualification

Required

6+ years of public accounting tax experience, including return review

Strong technical foundation across individual, partnership, and corporate taxation

Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills

Familiarity with common tax platforms such as UltraTax, ProSystem fx, Lacerte, or similar
