Responsibilities
Data Interpretation and Strategic Storytelling: Analyze BERA’s longitudinal data to craft actionable narratives on brand health and market position, serving as part of the strategic team for key accounts
Quantitative Consultation: Partner with leadership to develop data-driven strategies that guide clients toward better decisions
BERA Platform Engagement: Drive deep adoption by integrating BERA’s insights into customers' daily workflows and decision-making processes
Value Discovery: While not a sales role, you will identify opportunities for "value expansion" by uncovering client business needs that can be addressed through additional advanced analysis in partnership with the Data Science team
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key contributor to the Account team, executing work in tandem with the VP of Professional Services, Customer Success, Operations, Engineering and Data Science counterparts to ensure overall client excellence
Innovation: Proactively leverage AI-driven tools to automate and enhance the delivery of high-quality insights
Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and customer success partners to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive experience in Professional Services, Quantitative Research, or Analytics, including a strong client-facing consultative background
The ability to interpret marketing trends and complex data to deliver tangible, positive results for global brands
Proven ability to manage complex portfolios, navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and drive organic account growth
Expert capability with large-scale datasets; specific experience with longitudinal data or brand tracking is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Google Slides)
Exceptional ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for both internal and client teams
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Preferred
Specific experience with longitudinal data or brand tracking is highly preferred
Interest in AI automation is a plus
Advanced degree preferred
