Responsibilities
Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care consistent with hospital standards
Apply specialized nursing training to assess and manage emergency patients
Perform emergency interventions as per established protocols and scope of practice
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and ancillary staff
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
Participate in continuous professional development and maintain certifications
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Washington Registered Nurse (RN) License upon hire
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Preferred
National certification in Emergency Nursing or area of specialty
