Responsibilities
Writing Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, and training Production Operators on their content
A Lean advocate who will be a key member in Lean events and thinking with a Lean mindset for day-to-day activity
Design and delivery of tooling and fixtures
A problem solver who is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues on the production floor
Member of the MRB team who develops Corrective Actions for Nonconformances
Qualification
Required
BS degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
Experience in an industry that follows strict adherence to documentation
Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Security clearances are granted to U.S. citizens
A problem solver who is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues on the production floor
Versatile engineer who can support multiple programs
Experience working in an ESD safe environment
Knowledge of electrical test protocols
A strong communicator both written and verbal
