Responsibilities
Prospect and cold call wellness professionals, studio owners, coaches, creators, and community leaders
Expectation of 300 outbound calls per week, adjusted only during high-volume meeting weeks
Book and run an average of 10 qualified meetings per week
Control sales conversations, qualify decisively, and handle objections directly
Position Fit4Travel as the preferred retreat platform through a consultative sales approach
Close new retreat leader agreements capable of producing 10 plus paid travelers
Accurately manage pipeline, notes, and deal stages in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams while fully owning your number
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and phone-based sales
Ability to prospect and cold call wellness professionals, studio owners, coaches, creators, and community leaders
Expectation of 300 outbound calls per week
Ability to book and run an average of 10 qualified meetings per week
Skill in controlling sales conversations, qualifying decisively, and handling objections directly
Experience in closing new retreat leader agreements capable of producing 10 plus paid travelers
Ability to accurately manage pipeline, notes, and deal stages in CRM
Self-driven, competitive, and disciplined with time management
Comfortable being held accountable to activity and results
Ability to thrive in a remote environment without micromanagement
