Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing process planning and inspection reports for all orders
Coordinate all paperwork such as certifications, process control sheets, inspection reports and job closeouts
Daily meetings with Production Control to ensure all tooling and process documentation are correct for operators
Formulated and implement gage calibration and inspection report system
Troubleshoot various processes and disposition deviant material
Design and implement gauging methods as part of inspection report system
Coordinate major projects to improve key performance metrics
Communicate with team members, customers and management
Periodically perform engineering CAD work using SolidWorks
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Engineering
5+ years of manufacturing experience in a machining environment
Experience in an ISO 9000 environment
Strong computer skills
Hands-on CAD experience
Must be able to work 50 hours a week
