Digital Production Designer

Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Asset Production: Design and produce conversion-focused creative across key marketing channels, including:
Email creative (promotional, lifecycle, and campaign templates)
Paid media assets (static ads, social ads, display ads, retargeting creative)
Website assets (homepage modules, landing page sections, banners, PDP/collection page graphics)
Email Creative Development: Build and iterate on email designs that are visually compelling, brand-aligned, and optimized for performance. Support layout systems, modular design components, and template-based execution
Paid Media Creative Support: Produce scalable ad creative variations to support testing, performance optimization, and platform-specific requirements (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). Maintain consistency across formats while adapting to channel needs
Website & Conversion Assets: Design site graphics and content modules that support CRO initiatives, seasonal promotions, and merchandising priorities. Partner with internal teams to ensure assets are aligned to customer journeys and conversion goals
Creative Versioning & Iteration: Rapidly produce asset variations (copy swaps, layout adjustments, sizing, and formatting) to support ongoing campaign needs and performance learnings
Brand Consistency & Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, maintain visual consistency, and are production-ready across formats and channels
File Management & Handoff: Maintain clean, organized design files and ensure smooth handoff of final assets (including naming conventions, exports, and specs) to internal teams and clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing strategy, account, and client teams to understand creative needs, timelines, and campaign goals. Participate in feedback cycles and incorporate revisions efficiently
Qualification
Required
2 – 4 years of experience in a digital or production design role, with a primary focus on high-volume marketing asset production across email, paid media, and web channels
Strong portfolio demonstrating email creative, paid media design, and website/landing page assets
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus)
Understanding of performance marketing creative best practices and conversion-focused design
Experience designing within brand systems and maintaining consistency across multiple channels
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and production-level execution (clean exports, correct sizing, platform specs)
