Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on a variety of corporate matters, including contracts, and securities law
Implement contract review process
Assist with drafting legal documents, such as memoranda, contracts, and SOWs
Prepare case summaries and organize legal files
Assist with legal due diligence for transactions
Perform other legal tasks as assigned by attorneys and supervisors
Build and develop authentic relationships with clients and team members
The P&C Coordinator will be responsible for all pre-hire communication touchpoints including: Sending the official Finit Welcome Letter with the new hire's onboarding schedule, Assisting new hires with their Finit swag selections and ensuring delivery of these items prior to onboarding, Facilitating and tracking the delivery of all new hire laptops, Initiating pre-boarding gifts and our standard 30, 60, 90-day touchpoints
The P&C Coordinator will assist the Employee Relations Lead with Internal Communications as it relates to the Fintranet. This includes the facilitation of 'AllEmployees' notifications from various orgs. within Finit
In addition, they will be asked to assist with the facilitation of 'AllEmployees' Friday calls, including recording calls and posting recordings to the Fintranet
Participation in and assisting the DE&I Networking Team with social events throughout the year will be encouraged
The P&C team uses Smartsheet for all non-confidential data tracking. The P&C Coordinator will be tasked with managing all P&C Smartsheet files to ensure they are maintained with the most up-to-date information
The Finit PTO request process is maintained within Smartsheet. The P&C Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all PTO requests are approved and are tracked appropriately
Time & Expense Review: All time and expenses related to the P&C activities/area of responsibility must be reviewed monthly. The P&C Coordinator will be responsible for working with the Employee Relations Lead to ensure all entries are correct
Headcount Report: This monthly report tracks new hires and terminations and must be sent once per month to Finance
During company events, the P&C Coordinator will assist the Managing Director, People & Culture, with the development and facilitation of volunteerism events. This may include working directly with the community partner to establish the appropriate program for Finit, managing pre-event logistics, and day-of set-up and breakdown
Provide ad hoc assistance on P&C projects and initiatives

Required

Previous Human Resources experience a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
CPA a plus
