Responsibilities
Strong knowledge in Telecom Advanced Features for CUCM, Voice Gateway / CUBE (both TDM & SIP), Unity, UCCE and Verint recording solution
Perform backups and restores for all the Telecom components
Experience in Setting up High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for Contact Center Enterprise and CUCM VOIP Env
Implement operational automation using scripts
Work on Cisco Server tools and Verint recording solution
Work on issues related to performance tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring, and troubleshooting tools
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Must be able to work in 24x7 production support environment
Participate in an on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including week-ends
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience
Strong knowledge in Telecom Advanced Features for CUCM, Voice Gateway / CUBE (both TDM & SIP), Unity, UCCE and Verint recording solution

Hands on Experience and SME knowledge in Cisco voice network, Verint Maintenance operations, VOIP support
Sound knowledge of technology landscape in Distributed technologies, Monitoring mechanisms & platforms etc
Strong client interfacing skills and stakeholder management
Good understanding of Operation Management and ITIL landscape
Ability to work with global delivery teams
