They are seeking a Full-Time Private Equity Associate who will develop and manage a pipeline of deal leads, own relationships with business owners throughout the deal process, and create financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified deal leads through cold calls, emails, CRM tracking, and industry research

Lead sourcing efforts by proactively reaching out to business owners and founders across target industries

Own relationships with business owners and sellers throughout the deal process

Own creation of financial models to evaluate investment opportunities

Lead preparation of internal and external investment materials, including memos and investor presentations

Coordinate and manage due diligence workflows across legal, financial, operational, and commercial areas

Support internal Heritage firmwide initiatives

Recent graduate from undergrad with a track record of academic and extracurricular success
