Responsibilities
Analyze and document data definitions, system architectures, APIs, and data flows across our digital platforms
Work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them into clear data specifications
Identify and connect disparate data sources to support end-to-end user experiences and inform AI-driven initiatives
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy as new digital experiences are implemented
Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to optimize data integration and accessibility for AI models and analytics
Create detailed data mapping and documentation to support platform enhancements and new feature development
Proactively identify opportunities for improving data quality and the flow of information across systems
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably supporting digital platforms or AI initiatives
Experience with data mapping, ETL processes, and documenting data flows
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, data science)
Solid understanding of data systems, relational databases, APIs, and data integration concepts
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical data specifications
Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions. Proof will be required
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools
Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to influence and drive change across the organization
