Responsibilities
Provide hardware and software support to engineers, drafters, and administrative employees on a daily basis
Provide support to end users in a Microsoft Windows desktop environment
Support Autodesk products
Support Microsoft System Center
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in computer related field
Knowledge of Microsoft products, hardware and software installation necessary
Preferred
Knowledge of laptops, desktops and mobile devices desirable
Experience in managing the phone system a plus
Strong spoken and written communications skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes
Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
Effective working individually and within team environments
