Responsibilities
Handle employment-related disputes, including drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
Support litigation teams in hearings, depositions, and mediations
Provide day-to-day counseling to employer clients on workplace issues
Assist with employment policies, agreements, and compliance matters
Work with cross-office teams on national and global client matters
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
5+ years of litigation experience (employment law experience preferred but not required)
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Active license to practice law
Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Prior L&E experience is strongly preferred
