New Grad, Entry LevelWarner Norcross + Judd is a full-service corporate law firm seeking a Billing Specialist to join their accounting team. This role involves coordinating the client billing process, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines, and providing excellent service to clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the client billing process including the processing of pre-bills, assisting with adjustments, write-offs, and execution of final bills to clients
Assist in the eBilling process from upload to approval and tracking billing guidelines to ensure compliance for an efficient payment process
Work closely with our intake team and rate administration on new clients and matters to allow for proper billing setup and rate applications
Work cohesively with other functional areas of the accounting department and firm to assist where needed
Provide the highest level of professional service to external clients and internally across departments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience in an accounting or finance role
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
Strong analytic and mathematical skills
Preferred
Experience with Aderant preferred
Professional services experience, especially billing experience and related platforms preferred
