Responsibilities
Gain insight into client business challenges and Capco’s approach to solving them
Conduct structured data gathering, research, and analysis to support project objectives
Evaluate processes and controls and contribute to recommendations for improving operations
Prepare, participate in, and document client meetings and workshops
Create high-quality presentations and reports to communicate findings and insights
Support the development of new market opportunities that expand Capco’s business and brand
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field (or demonstrated interest in these areas)
Graduating in Winter 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026 (Rising Seniors only)
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA from an accredited college or university
Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents only)
