Qualification
Required
Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
Proficient in Fixed-Income Trading and Finance-related tasks, with experience in trade execution and familiarity with financial markets
Excellent Analytical Skills to assess markets, interpret data, and support trading strategies
Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in financial services or fixed income trading is highly advantageous
Proficiency with trading platforms and relevant financial software is a plus
FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7 and 63 are a plus
