Responsibilities
Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, projects, and industry trends related to governmental, educational, and similar sectors
Client Relationship Management: Support the development and maintenance of relationships with existing and potential clients, stakeholders, and partners
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the firm and identify new business opportunities
Marketing Support: Collaborate and support the development of promotional materials and social media content that highlight the firm’s projects and capabilities
Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and qualification packages for prospective projects
Reporting: Coordinate with firm leadership on business development activities, leads, and market trends for targeted efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, architecture, or a related field
Previous experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, proactive, outgoing, and enthusiastic about contributing to the firm's growth
Preferred
Familiarity with governmental, educational, and/or other sectors
