Technical Support Specialist

Information Technology
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot terminals/firmware/software for POS devices; resolve issues via phone/email/video
Document cases in CRM/ticketing; meet SLAs and provide exceptional customer support
Assist with implementations/installations; coordinate with internal teams and POS/VAR partners
Qualification
Required
1+ year customer service
1+ year technical troubleshooting; Microsoft Office; CRM/ticketing; payments/POS
Preferred
Bilingual preferred
