Responsibilities
Coordinate hotel reservations, per diem adjustments, travel, and scheduling for field and management staff
Support payroll and HR-related processes including per diems, expense reports, open enrollment assistance, audits, terminations, and payroll distribution
Prepare and maintain daily field reports, labor efficiency data, equipment tracking, and weekly barge tracking
Support estimating and project controls including estimates, purchase orders, contracts, change orders, billing support, and estimating logs
Maintain budgets, phone allowances, vacation tracking, and office supply ordering
Assist with safety meetings, safety award tracking, and training coordination
Support proposal efforts by preparing presentations and maintaining resumes
Provide MobTime and iPad troubleshooting support for field personnel
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
Preferred
Experience in construction or field-based environments
