Responsibilities
Learn and apply behavioral assessment to earnings calls, conferences, and press releases to assess where disclosures may be incomplete or unreliable
Write rigorous, client-facing reports with unique insight on company performance and expected results
Present and defend your research and conclusions to colleagues and clients
Develop questions for management teams that help investor clients test clarity, consistency, and credibility
Collaborate across teams to improve methodology and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; all majors considered (coursework/experience in business/econ/finance is a plus)
Strong academic achievement; GPA 3.5+ strongly preferred
Experience with in-depth analysis, psychology, or investigations is a plus
Detail-oriented analysis
Strong writing and communication
Curiosity about business strategy and operations
Ability to work under tight timelines
Interest in human behavior and communication
