Responsibilities
Maintain, organize, and update documents in electronic management systems
Communicates document requirements and client standards to project team
Performs quality assurance and quality control of engineering documents
Provide necessary assistance to the Project Manager on documentation
Assist the Project Engineer with back-up documentation of Pay Estimates and construction documentation
Create and manage back-up documentation of construction contract documents
Must be willing to travel to remote locations in Alaska for extended periods of time
Must be willing to work extended hours during construction season
Must be willing to work in remote camp settings
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Sponsorship (visa) for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future for this position
Must be willing to travel to remote locations in Alaska for extended periods of time
Must be willing to work extended hours during construction season
Must be willing to work in remote camp settings
Preferred
Batchelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar field
Certifications (one or more): CDT, CBCS, CCS, MOS
Ability to interpret data and apply visuals
AASHTOWare software experience
