Responsibilities
Partner with the Commercial and Real Estate Lending teams to learn and support various projects that promote loan growth, sales efficiency, and lead quality
Expand knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, and best practices
Support project planning and execution duties
Shadow with various teams of interest within Commercial Lending to expand knowledge of the department’s structure, objectives, and methods of success

Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university
Rising college juniors, seniors, graduate students, or thrive scholars
Strong written and communication skills
Flexibility to work with multi-disciplined teams
Strong use of Microsoft Office tools
Preferred
GPA of 3.0+ preferred
Participation in college organizations and the community
