Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Own and execute OAG’s demand generation activity, with a clear focus on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across SEO, AEO, paid search, paid social, email, and organic social
Manage and optimise paid media spend, testing audiences, messaging, and formats to maximise ROI
Develop and optimise content and digital journeys to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and lead capture
Analyse campaign performance and funnel metrics, turning data into actionable insights
Partner closely with sales and marketing colleagues to align campaigns with commercial priorities

Required

Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within a B2B environment (SaaS or technology preferred)
Hands-on experience running multi-channel campaigns
Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, SEM, and paid media
Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action

Preferred

Experience working closely with sales teams in a pipeline-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
Experience in international or multi-market campaigns
