Technical Account Lead

Responsibilities
Own the full customer lifecycle: discovery → architecture → business case → close → expansion
Act as the trusted advisor to engineers, architects, DevOps leaders, and executives
Design and explain real-world solutions across Kubernetes, cloud, and hybrid/on-prem
Translate technical depth into ROI, cost reduction, resilience, and velocity
Drive pilots and proofs-of-concept
Influence product direction with direct customer feedback
Qualification
Required
7–15 years in software, DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure
Strong Kubernetes and modern cloud experience
Comfortable reasoning about distributed systems and code
Customer-facing experience (sales, solutions, consulting, founder-led sales)
High ownership, clear communicator, credible with both engineers and execs
