Support the region's human resource initiatives
Implementation and management of HR policies and procedures
Employee relations
Assisting with recruitment efforts
Managing employee benefits
Conducting compliance audits
Supporting performance management processes
Ensuring adherence to company and legal employment standards
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including an understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements
Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies to support a dynamic workforce
Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to assist in managing employee programs and compliance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective professional relationships
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in a similar role or related HR functions
