Manager Total Rewards
Responsibilities
Manage the benefits administrative department including the team
Manage medical benefits including health insurance, STD, LTD, vision, life, dental, and AD&D
Manage retirement benefit plans such as 401K matching, investments, and pension
Manage FMLA, workman compensation, hardship fund
Manage salary and bonus programs
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations
Vendor sourcing and management responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience managing total rewards including the aforementioned responsibilities
People leadership skills and experience
Proven negotiation skills
Understanding and experience with state, federal, and local laws and regulations concerning Human Resource and Benefits
