Housing Program Manager
Opportunity Council is dedicated to building just, equitable communities in Northwest Washington. The Housing Program Manager will oversee operations and coordination of multiple homeless housing programs, supervise staff, and manage grant compliance and program evaluation.

Responsibilities
Provides program oversight and coordination of assigned Homeless Housing programs, including program eligibility, program requirements, service delivery, and file and data management
Participates in grant preparation, grant management, and assists with reporting requirements and grant compliance for assigned housing programs
Responsible for staff supervision including hiring, training, evaluation, professional development, disciplinary action, and termination
Works in collaboration with Assistant Director-Housing Services to monitor and maintain file and data compliance across housing programs, and assist with internal auditing
Assists with development, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and case management services across housing
Tracks and manages program budgets
Participates and provides leadership in local and state workgroups and meetings on issues that impact homeless and low-income populations
Conducts outreach, community education and presentations related to housing programs
Bilingual Positions: Specialize in providing services to clients and families who speak a language other than English as a primary language. May occasionally be asked to support with translating/interpreting a language other than English to assist potential or current clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, or related field; or relevant education/experience equating to a bachelor's degree
Minimum three years' relevant professional human services experience, including supervisory experience, or equivalent education/experience
If hiring for a bilingual position. Must be able to speak, read, and write with proficiency and fluency in the required language
