Desktop Support Technician
Responsibilities
Supporting desktop end-users
Supporting manufacturing kiosk end-users
Ensuring you communicate with end-users in a timely manner via tickets or in-person chats
Performing user on-boarding/off-boarding tasks
Network equipment installation, testing, and maintenance
Testing new devices and equipment
Qualification
Required
Solid fundamentals in desktop support
Ability to support desktop end-users
Ability to support manufacturing kiosk end-users
Timely communication with end-users via tickets or in-person chats
Performing user on-boarding/off-boarding tasks
Network equipment installation, testing, and maintenance
Testing new devices and equipment
Preferred
Early-career technician (Tier 1) with hands-on experience
More experienced, self-directed technician (Tier 2) who can independently own support needs
