5+ years expeNcloud Services LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Finance domain expertise to lead enterprise financial system initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams and oversee end-to-end project delivery, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and optimization of financial systems.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for SAP or Oracle Finance initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Manage projects related to Financials, Controlling, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting
Collaborate with Finance leadership, business users, and IT teams to gather requirements and define project scope
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and status reports
Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, rollouts, integrations, and enhancements
Ensure alignment with SOX, internal controls, and financial compliance requirements
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies across teams
Oversee vendors, system integrators, and third-party consultants
Facilitate UAT, cutover planning, data migration, and go-live support
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Drive change management and user adoption initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Finance or ERP environments
Hands-on experience managing projects involving SAP (S/4HANA, ECC) and/or Oracle (Oracle Financials, EBS, Fusion Cloud)
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
Proven experience working with cross-functional and global teams
Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Experience with financial reporting, compliance, and audit requirements
Preferred
PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification
SAP or Oracle functional knowledge (Finance modules)
Experience with ERP transformations, cloud migrations, or large-scale implementations
Background in manufacturing, banking, healthcare, or retail industries
Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Clarity
