Real Estate Investment
Responsibilities
New business development for healthcare real estate development projects
Sourcing investment sale opportunities
Managing real estate sales transactions
Conducting market research and financial analysis
Overseeing client account activities and supporting complex assignments
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial real estate and/or real estate development
Strong customer service skills and a proven sales track record
Ability to manage real estate transactions and client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
