Inside Sales Representative

Zenbuild.com is the first and only e-commerce marketplace dedicated to simplifying the process of purchasing brick. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring and maintaining warm leads, working with the Inside Sales Team to build the e-commerce pipeline and achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Overseeing existing projects in your personal pipeline by working daily with new and existing clients
Fielding incoming calls
Answering questions on all products currently offered on the website
Providing installation recommendations
Timely quotes
Consistently following up until a purchasing decision is made
Work with the team to effectively service thousands of motivated online shoppers ranging from small residential projects to small commercial jobs throughout the continental US
Light travel for attendance and setup at local homeowner’s building shows where you will represent the company to general contractors, builders, and homeowners, as well as local industry vendors and competitors

Required

Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred
Teachable and coachable
Strong and effective communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with clients through primarily phone and email communications
Work effective alone and in a team setting
Ability to produce prompt and accurate pricing quotes
Self-Driven and motivated to learn and grow
Problem-solving skills (ability to troubleshoot in real time on issues that may arise)
Effective utilization of CRM/Hubspot to keep accurate records of sales and client information
Participate in team meetings and training events
Effectively work with other department, especially the Logistics/Operations team on delivery and order placement
Must have excellent typing skills
Adequate mathematical skills to figure Margins/Markups/Pricing
Expert listening skills, adaptability in tailoring sales pitch to different audiences
Time management skills
Experience in business software programs such as: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Hubspot or Salesforce
Sales experience of at least 1 year
Demonstrated experience in closing deals
