Verb Brand Manager
Verb Products is seeking a Brand Manager to enhance the presence of the Verb brand in the professional channel. The role focuses on establishing relationships with distributors and salon owners while implementing strategies to drive sales and brand growth.

Responsibilities
Establish and implement initiatives to generate sales and achieve sales goals
Attend and deliver Verb key messages, philosophies, and Promotions at monthly sales meetings and communicate regularly through conference calls and email
Drive “sell-through” of all monthly promotions and programs with sales consultants, stores, and salons
Coordinate and facilitate education, tradeshows, events, and sales/marketing initiatives
Analyze data to determine strategic opportunities with distributor partners
Ensure marketing material is up to date, available, and utilized appropriately
Collect and share competitive and market data
Ensure merchandising standards are enforced in salons and professional stores
Open and establish strong professional relationships with trend setting and prestige salons
Qualification
Required
Previous experience working in the professional haircare industry
5+ years of experience in sales or retail
Experience with working with Pro Distributors in the U.S
Ability to travel 30% - 40% of the time and work shows and events. (weekends)
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desire to expand role and grow within the organization
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strategic and creative thinker comfortable working with numbers
Excellent communicator and presenter (verbal and written)
Autonomous and proactive problem solver
Ability to build strong working relationships across all functional areas
Works well under pressure
