Sales Support Specialist
Custom Sign Source is a company that provides a wide array of signage to local and national clients. They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to be the initial point of contact for customers, manage customer set-up processes, and support field sales and design staff.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and walk-in prospects
Gather customer information and request additional information
Monitor e-mail account for on-line 'requests for estimates' and 'contact me' requests
Take Credit Card information for deposit or final payment
Make follow-up calls and email communications to clients
Complete basic/simple estimates
Contact vendors to get cost information
Source hard-to-find materials, parts, and components for use in building estimates
Work with the sales team to begin the estimating process: Work with the design team to gather information for the quoting process where possible
Qualification
Required
Experience in a customer-facing role is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Must be proficient in using PC-based browsers and PC-based computer programs
Ability to learn new software such as Adobe Illustrator for sizing projects for estimating
Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations correctly
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide their own transportation to/from work
Must at a minimum have a high school degree, an associate degree is a plus
Must be fluent in English and be able to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
Must have legible handwriting skills
Preferred
Experience in a sign or printing business is not required but considered a plus for this role
