They are seeking a Director of Supply Chain to take full ownership of end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution, including sourcing, procurement, and logistics.

Responsibilities
Own and execute the supply chain strategy across a project-based, manufacturing environment
Serve as the cross-functional orchestrator aligning demand, supply, capacity, and financial goals
Lead supplier strategy, contract negotiations, and long-lead procurement
Improve manufacturing flow, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery
Identify and mitigate supply chain risk while driving continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
12+ years of progressive supply chain / procurement / operations leadership
Proven experience leading S&OP in complex manufacturing or project environments
Background in industrial manufacturing, energy, oil & gas, chemicals, or engineered systems
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and lead across functions
ERP and data-driven planning experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred
Master's Degree or MBA
