They are seeking a skilled UKG Ready Payroll Solutions Consultant responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting UKG Ready Payroll and Payroll Services for clients, while collaborating closely with the launch project team to optimize payroll processes.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG Ready Payroll and Payroll Services , including requirements gathering, system setup, testing, and go-live support
Configure payroll elements such as earnings, deductions, taxes, pay statements, and general ledger mappings
Work with the launch team to integrate Payroll with HR and Time & Labor modules
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on UKG Ready Payroll functionality, compliance, and best practices
Partner with clients to optimize payroll operations and reporting processes
Manage multiple implementation projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Collaborate with internal teams including TLM, HR and Technical teams
Ability to lead the client team through the product, build review, and testing
Assist in transitioning clients to ongoing vendor support
Conduct virtual and in-person consulting sessions, providing training and guidance
Participate in client and internal meetings to communicate project progress and deliverables
Ability to balance and load payroll history for current year deliverable
Mentor other consultants in areas of UKG Ready expertise
Meet or exceed company utilization targets
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Current on UKG Ready Payroll Training
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting UKG Ready Payroll solutions, including a portfolio of different industries and company sizes
Experience in Multi-EIN Company setup & implementation
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Smartsheets and virtual meeting platforms
Experience in a professional services or consulting environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Demonstrated professionalism, ethical standards, and client-focused approach
Hands-on experience in payroll processing
Preferred
1+ years implementing UKG Ready Payroll Services
Over 5 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting UKG Ready Payroll clients
FPC or CPP certification
Background in business analysis or project management
