Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings
Identify new use cases for the Novarad products
Identify and develop customer reference sites for the Novarad products
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Present and demonstrate our medical software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs
Address client inquiries and provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process
Develop case studies, white papers and reference architectures, demonstrating Novarad’s unique value proposition and delivering thought leadership to the market
Collaborate with internal teams to understand the clinical and technical aspects of our software solutions
Communicate complex technical information in an easily understandable manner to clients
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of our software solutions
Provide ongoing training and support to clients to maximize the value of our products

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. (Equivalent work Experience is acceptable.)
At least 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the technology, IT or Healthcare industry
Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software solutions quickly
Willingness to travel frequently
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships

Preferred

Strong understanding of healthcare systems, hospital operations, and the medical software market
Experience with software solutions tailored to healthcare, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
Established network within the healthcare industry
